So the govt are going to be happy with Hanlong enabling SDL to just get the permits with their promises of funding ,only to allow someone else to take over SDL.Funny how we all here could see it but the relevent govts and parties involved are blindsided.

If it was that easy to bluff the Cameroon and Congo govts we would have had the permits long before now.

They need to make a move before permits, imo.If Joe Bloggs thinks SDL are using Hanlong to get permits you can bet your bottom dollar the govts know this too.

Imo Congo is going to be tough to crack.
