    Could be right stykes, buyers stalling negotiations, waiting for LNC to run out of money and try to make PB take a lesser price. So PB initiates the buy back (big show of cash confidence) and then organises a loan facility to be used if needed.

    Now stop stalling and buy the bloody thing already!
