on the wires yesterday. mfglobal ceo sent a message to s&p 2 or 3 days before mfglobal went bankrupt. the message told s&p that mfglobal has never been in such a strong position. it was bankrupt 2 days later.
lehman brothers etc said similar things just before they went belly up to.
