The RE Ore being shipped from Mt Weld is not harmful in any way as opposed to the waste due to the high concentration of contaminants which are Radioactive does need to be dealt with responsibly. LYC have 10 months to come up with an acceptable plan.
Labeling the RE Ore leaving Mt weld as radioactive compared to the waste product post LAMP concentration is like comparing Oats before and after they have been through the horse (lets name the horse, Adele in this analogy).
The article reads like an ill informed rant but has 1 or 2 facts which are pertinent imo.
