They should change the name of sofisticated investors to the more appropriate name of Short term traders.( being polite)

The ASX should introduce a rule that when shares are issued in this manner that they are put in ESCROW for 12 months. The meaning of Sofisticated Investor should mean LONG TERM.
There should be some form of restriction in selling them. As we all know there are always plenty of S/H`S who would like to take up the offer of such opportunity.
