re: Ann: Coretrack To Sue For Unlawful IP Lic... Am I losing the plot here. WS is the Licensor? What, I thought the GT3000 belonged to Coretrack not WS. How in the hell can you run a company if the equipment your are trying to contract out is held by the power of an outsider ie. WS.
It all sounds like this will take sometime to sort out legally. I for one cannot see the board being dismissed while court proceedings are pending.
I also do not think that you can blame the current board for all past mistakes. When WS was on the team we were still treated like mushrooms with stuff all information coming out of the company.
Sounds like a can of worms here and no doubt there will be accusations being pushed to and fro while us small investors will still be pondering just what it going on.
Some on the thread appear to have a bit of a handle on just what is happening but for one, I just want to see the parties involved come together and sort this mess out. After all Coretrack got our money based on mainly the GT3000 and we expect to be given the facts.
In closing, I am still shaking my head as to how WS still has a stranglehold (so he claims) on the GT3000.
Good luck to all long term holders.
