toby, according to the Management Information Circular for the Annual General Meeting, the shares issued to non-exec directors (under resolutions 8-12) will be issued at the VWAP of the 5 trading days prior to the AGM.
Are you suggesting that we should restrain ourselves from buying in an attempt to ensure the directors get more shares?
