The TCT will be pushing shite uphill. The aim by this minority group IMO is to cause as much disruption as they can to GNS, it's investors and possible JV.

The earthworks will proceed to completion, however I doubt new work will start or a possible JV will proceed until the Judge hands down a decision. Lets just hope he is timely and does not reserve his decision.

Unless there is a sudden unexpected JV announcement, I am putting these in my draw until May/June. The earthworks construction, asset sales etc and Court decision should all be finalized by then (or it's reasonable to expect so).

After that GNS may be either a cooked duck or a steam engine, unfortunately either way, it's going to take more time.
