Guess I am one of the “others” you are referring to. Not so, I am hopeful there could be a bidding war if another party wants control of Sundance. I have already stated your thoughts have logic, I support you presenting your ideas, thank goodness you do, people like me need some gee up with this TO, you know my thoughts re that, I am very much against it.
I don't agree with Squidd 100%, maybe 65/35%, I agree he is a tad negative, he would say realistic, and maybe he is correct, time will tell, May is looming fast.
I guess I am just fed up, the board in my opinion are hell bent on selling us out, they have fallen over themselves accommodating Hanlong, time lines have come and gone without Hanlong coming up with the goods. I wonder how accommodating Hanlong would be if the boot was on the other foot.
The board in my opinion have rolled over, just lining their own pockets with their options etc, apart from GJ, how many shares have the board members purchased on the market, I don't think any, I stand corrected on that and apologise if I am wrong. Again it's my opinion, this board has no real interest in SDL, they think they are doing a good job, I think they sold us out. GJ is in my opinion is too close to the Chinese, I often wonder whether this Hanlong offer was always on the agenda when the late board were tragically killed in the plane crash.
The board of any company are there to create wealth for shareholders, to serve the shareholders, it's my opinion this board have let us down, they have led us up the garden path, very rarely keeping their own promises to shareholders, I am sick to death of them, this board treat us like fools! I'll leave it there before I get in to deep.
Keep your thoughts coming Westcott and any others who have thoughts for or against, as long as you are fair in your thinking I have no problems, that's what forums are about.
