SGW looks like it is on a recovery path. As long as the Aussie dollar remains strong and does not fall below its hedged rates it looks okay.

I expect it to remain volatile with the predominant medium term trend being up.

There is the possibility that, with its cash and assets, it could end up on the corporate takover table.
