The US Market and the AUS market are very different. People should stop comparing them. We are a Resources based market, with 4 large banks. The US has a large range of multi national companies ranging from food and beverages, healthcare, technology etc. Their market is performing better for a reason!!
Low USD and high AUD also is a contributor.
