    There is still a chance that BHP, RIO, POSCO, Xstrata or the like could come over the top with another bid or even a JV offer.

    Is Hanlong helping SDL set things up to achieve this? I highly doubt it. Why would they want to help the likes of BHP and RIO further strenghten their dominance in the World Iron Ore Market?
