I guess the placement shares are with the "placementees". I'm a "placementee" and I really am holding on (I also bought alot more on market). In placements made through reputable brokers like Hartleys clients are strongly discouraged from selling soon, and rightly so.

Maybe the placementees are not as tempted as you think. Maybe they are savvy, long term investors who know opportunities when they see them and don't sell - in fact they buy more, hence the rally
