Maybe Hanglong aren't helping Sundance get over the line with the permits, but that doesn't mean that once those permits are issued that it is a done deal for Hanglong. Someone else can come in and bid more.

Hanglong have roughly 20% voting, doesn't guarantee them that if a higher bid were to come that it would get knocked back. Any retail investor will most likely vote yes to a higher takeover price. Just depends on what the instutional investors would do if one were to come.

That is the beauty of this scenario but also the pain of it.

We will all find out what has been going on behind closed doors when these permits are given. Then we should actually see some action.
