yes apart from decentralising the grid efficiency is number one because your common house boiler can produce heat as efficiently as the clearedge and the price of one of those is next to nothing. so, a bluegen + a home boiler provides as much heat and elec (elec at double the effciency) for just over the price and considerably less space. Furthermore the efficiency advantage means the clearedge is pointless during summer. I think i have just convinced myself. CFU rules..... and could well rule ... like Apple
