I believe if it is a JV or a farmin IT NEEDS TO BE STATED as such in the trading halt. I always thought the ASX rules were explicit in that regard, and I've seen TH where JVs and farmins/outs are explicitly stated.
A MATERIAL CAPITAL RAISING should mean exactly what it says.
That can be a placement of new shares at a premium to a new cornerstone investor but that is not a JV (which we all would assume has major drill carry and cash for past exploration costs).
Guess you'll just have to wait and see.
