I'm just voicing my dislike to AGS agreeing to a Confidentiality clause when AGS is/were supposedly in a position where they should dictate terms imo
The only gripe I have had so far is that there has been a lot of speculation CAUSED by poor updating on the Status Page imo Most notably around the M&D C Matter.
Come next Friday or earlier all I want to know as a Holder of AGS shares in relation to the Registering of the NTMA(?) is whether AGS obtained the two declarations sought.
That is highly sensitive Price information that as a listed company should be disclosed. It also streghtens AGS claim in other matters going forward.imo
The legal people of both sides and Management from both sides will know but Share-holders wont, if the Confidential Clause is in place.imo
Believe me, if I knew, I'd be buying more shares and no doubt many, many others would to.imo
Theres four trading days left at the most and unless there is a buying frenzy in that time, then any "hoped" for buyout and/or large increase in share-price will turn out to be a fizzer.imo
If the M&D C is still in progress even with the Registering of NTMA then, as has been the case thus far, it will restrict any proper gain in the Share-price aligned to the true value of AGS's resource.imo
Make no mistake, The M&D C matter should not go away unless AGS ends up with some proper and fair compensation.imo and with that "Matter" NO Confidentiality Clause in place.!Please.lol
Some answers to our concerns will be answered this Friday 10th Feb. As long as there are answers and not more questions and speculation caused, then Share-holders should be able to form an opinion, properly, based on information released to the Market imo
Four Trading Days!
The Market always knows.!
Good Luck All
