Coffey International have forecast that they will generate EBITDA $45 Million in 2012.
COF earned $32.7 Million EBITDA (excluding restructuring costs) in 2011 and they have also said that they expect to realise $18 Million from restructuring program in 2012.
Believe that this year they should earn EBITDA $50.7 Million in 2012.
COF's market capitalisation is $130 Million at current share price. The company should at least be valued at 5 times EBITDA. This would value company at approximately $1.02.
In addition, who are Cardno (CDD) taking over?
