For the Lynas numbers (CLD, Duncan, Crown) I used the Lynas announcement in January and the prior slides on Crown. I chose TMR numbers over USGA tonnages where sighted because they seem to be updating them with the new drills and company presentations. In fact, you will note they updated numbers on Friday and some of my mine numbers should be corrected as well (for ex: Bear Lodge changed and my numbers need an update already).
Does that answer you question? If not, can you be more specific about the numbers you are looking for? Might they be in the downloadable 'Critical Rare Earths" Report you can get from the TMR home page?
