Hey, it's not my fault that there aren't many positive posts here. It just may be the wrong asset class (Aussie property) you are looking up at the moment for positive soothing news. I never attack the bulls for their feel-good posts however ridiculous. I read them with a sense of amusement...that's it and leave them alone. Perhaps you should do likewise.
If the so called negative postings are not to your liking (which is the main theme governing not just the property market but the entire economy at present), just stop reading them. Don't be tempted. Others may find them interesting.
When so and so post about the mega bucks they are still raking in day after day, I never had a go at them. Have I....no ! See..
Please start making postive posts (I promise as I alway have will leave you guys alone).
