I would have to agree with you in most cases but in the case where WS is involved I for one, would call it "a conflict of interest". Can you imagine what some on this forum would have writted if the deal had been done and details released? I can.
I believe the board had a responsibility to let us know about the proposed contract by WS (Strada).
They way they went about it may be questionable but then again the way WS went about ripping up the contract with Coretrack leaves a lot to be desired.
As alluded to before, let the courts settle it. We all could go on forever making assumptions about whom is to blame. I for one, just feel sorry for us shareholders (including me) that have been not informed on all matters or in the very least mis-informed.
You, like myself are a shareholder and surely want it settled one way or the other.
I do enjoy your posts but as discussed above the proposed deal by Strada was in my opinion a conflict of interest by WS and we needed to know.
