There are very valid reasons for WS actions which no doubt will come out and his actions now are the culmination of many attempts to rectify the issues of IP licese infringement. It is his IP and I can't blame him for protecting it.
He hardly has ripped up a contract.
As for the Slovakia contract...he didn't need to offer the dry hire deal to CKK. He has other rigs to do the job.
6 months rent in advance with $10m guarantee with the funds sitting in CKK bank account earning interest and also the right to claim the $10m if ever a rent payment was late. Did the company state that in their announcement?
Thats the problem with misinformation. You only get a part of the story....why didn't they provide it all if they were going to fling mud?

Yes...I want this settled and I believe it will be.

Possibly some here however may not be happy with the result by the sound of it but I guess that was always bound to happen.

There is no conflict of interest as far as I can see but respect your viewpoint?
