Hi Jack, don't feel embarassed (although I can see where that's coming from) that you keep reading my postings and feel compelled to povoke me repeatedly. BTW, my HC presence is no less impressive than many bulls here.

You should really feel sad about (the reason behind) those who want to impose censorship by intimidation (and why they find themselves in a situation where uncomfortable news posted "as is" from the mainstream press on an online forum cause so much anxiety).

It's interesting when I took a few months off last year from this forum, that's when the baiting and flaming was at it's worst with threads upon threads being moderated.

If it's bad news you don't want to see, my absence won't help you.

But then again what's negative or positive is a case of one man's meat is another man's poison. Judging from blogs at newspaper and elsewhere on this subject, many are baying for blood as the crash kicks into higher gear.

Countless young people now see the POSITIVE development where there is at last the prospect of sanity returning to society and where buying a home (a right for any hard working and decent Aussie) won't mean financial slavery for a life time. It's almighty positive for those who want to profit from a property bust. Just like those of us who picked up a truck load of cheap shares in the GFC. Is that not positive. A good number of bears here are patiently waiting form that moment.

Postive or Negative is just a matter of perspective.

    Nighty night.
