you can request the info pack from IMF, but i dont want to be on their mailing list......would you??

the IMF web page has had Transpacific, downer, rivercity motorway and Bauxite resources on their home page for over 2 yrs now and nudda has come from it. I wonder how ASIC and the powers that be can let a company slander ASX listed companies for yrs threatening legal action as they seem to have been given plenty of free hits in the hope they land one.
Have a look on their webpage, go to completed cases and have a look at how many cases actually go to court... not very many.... infact the dump over 70% of the claims, from memory only about 8% of cases get completed either by court proceedings or out of court settlement.
