Thank you for your considered response SC. You didn't really answer my question but your words did explain your angst re current situation. IMO it isn't such a concern that confidentiality restrictions limit the flow of information to shhareholders, at least not at the moment. This is a fear Crazy has ceaselessy dealt for years now but it has its justification with the long and unwelcome downtrend. The legalities will unwind steadily now and underpin an uptrend to fair value. Feb 10 may or may not provide the news shareholders wait for but this uncertainty does not reflect an inevitability positive news will be forthcoming and of fair value being reached in the not too distant future (strong fundermentals and reducing litigation risk).
