Lots of rubbish posted, but really a simple raising to probably cover their most likely scenarios. They didn't overdo it, and are now in pretty good shape. We all prefer no dilution, but makes sense to raise it in order to lock in contractors for both seismic and drilling.
Still suffering from previous lack of faith in management which makes raising at higher levels difficult. But with next significant announcements likely to be the firm forward plan and a few JVs, future finally looks good.
