oh come on! Everyone knows, has known, will continue to know the "sovereign risk" associated with PNG. That's not an excuse anymore as far as a sophisticated investor is concerned. Short of PNG falling into the ocean, or an earthquake or giant tsunami, PNG will go on as per usual - corrupt, companies employing private armies as security yadda yadda yadda. There will not be a civil war, there will not be bands of suicide bombers, there just won't be.
