medical coys will always have massive pumps on Phase I,II and III clinical trials, FDA approvals and patents etc
the trick is ride the pump and get out, as not a whole lot happens in between whilst waiting for results and it can be months or years of nothing whilst it progresses
just don't get left holding the bag
