" IMO it isn't such a concern that confidentiality restrictions limit the flow of information to shhareholders, at least not at the moment.'
Dookie
Why should there be confidentiality restrictions.
AGS(Note AGS) bought the matters before the Courts while advising Share-holders it was in their best interest.
Two declarations were sought for the NTMA Matter plus Damages and Costs which imo has a bearing on any continuation with the M&D C Matter. Again why should there be confidentiality restrictions agreed to when it has so much importance to AGS's future.imo
Does anyone believe AGS SOUGHT the Confidentiality restrictions.
Whatever comes Friday, comes and along with that I rely on my own judgement but with the Confidentiality clause in place, it maybe difficult to ascertain how long this is all going to drag on for before any decent appreciation happens with the share-price. All share-holders can hope for is that we "eventually" gain something.
I read where some posters say that to get a result this Feb 10th a Confidentiality clause is the best thing for share-holders.
We shall see and if I'm wrong about all this I'll be the first to admit it.
Good Luck All
