re: Ann: Appendix 4C - 2nd quarter and Invest... Since the name change and new directors have come on board are few significant things have happened.

The share price has dropped 50%

The old management team managed $367,000 revenue in 12 months yet the new managament have some how only managed $4,000 in the last 6 months.

For some reason managed to run out the inventor and a major shareholder in this company

AND

Managed to organise finance and a huge discount to last traded price and then realise it wasnt a good decision and then do a capital raising ontop.

Doesnt this seem very very strange and send alarm bells ringing??

Wasnt the fortune 500 company meant to have signed by now??
