re: Ann: Appendix 4C - 2nd quarter and Invest... If it is going to be a success then they need to act quickly. Patents expiring in a few years. A partnership with a household name like Omron or Philips could give a big kick to sales. But is the technology compelling enough to enter an agreement now or is it better to wait and copy the technology when the patent expires? That gives the upper hand to partners in any negotiation imo.
