Not really looking for steak knives.
A CR at .08c is way below the trading price around 0.105c over the last few weeks.
Previous indications from TOE were that a cornerstone investor was being negotiated.
So it seems that the negotiations have failed and so we the holders are asked to stump up cash at a 20% discount to last Fridays closing price just to cover cash flow and ongoing development and so the dilution goes on.
And then there will be a corner stone investor at 19% at a low ball price at about .10c
