With so many interested parties I think it's safe to say they are in control of the deal. The other thing is I reckon its pretty safe to say there will be a large cash component involved. WHN would already have a very good idea of what is being offered and at this stage would be weighing up what deal is best for them.
From that news article they were quoted as saying that they will be using some of the funds from the farm-out for other projects.
