Once a position in excess of 5%+ is obtained, the holder is then referred to as a substantial holder. Should this holder change their holdings buy/sell they must notify the company who in turn notify the market within 3 business days of the transaction/s.
If their holding drops below 5% the market will be notified with a ceasing to be substantial holder notice.
