I live in a small city of around 75K in central queensland.. There are a couple of main shopping centres but not much else. Everyone buys online as there is limited shopping choice here. In the past week I have missed Australian post deliveries twice. I wouldn't under estimate the volume of parcel deliveries to regional centres. A couple of locker banks that were easy to access would certainly be better than waiting in a queue for 20+ minutes to pick up your parcel which is only available 9am the day after aus post leave the card...
