Scottpev, the deal with MEGA is SER and holders will be issued shares in MEGA for Tarcoola (ULEY) to the value of $70 mil CDN.This has been estimated at 33% of MEGA. So the expectation is the IPO should start with a market cap of $210 CDN. If they don't raise $210m and raise say only $140m then they indicate our share will rise from 33% to 50% in this example. So the $10m you mention from the article is a little puzzling as it is such a small amount in relation to the overall picture. Perhaps it's a mistake and should read $100m or perhaps is to fund the IPO?. As with much of this deal, it is evolving with time.
Again this is just my interpretation of things.
