Mega only need a small public float to get an IPO away, Northern only did $4M, and as long as the UNDERWRITTEN value of the public float equates to a valuation of $210M Mega will have satisfied the terms of the transfer.
What we are interested in is how the public float performs once listed. Hopefully Northern & Focus are a good indication but we might need to be a little patient to see the bigger returns.
