    IF the business plan is as viable as they say it is - China loans are very cheap and quite a few Aussie companies doing business over there are making use of them !

    I run a business and I can't keep going to SH for money all the time - I have to go to the bank and prove my business plan is viable to obtain funds for expansion,

    About time we see some real business acumen in CNN management
