    ewob, I made the same proclaimation some time ago and... well the wound's are healing.
    I also asked if we could apply for more share, with the same result,
    but I did read in the ann this AM that you can apply for more.

    Maybe mr 20mil won't want his full entitlement of 2.8+mil.
