I figured Bergensen would prefer to have Berge Helene filling with oil asap rather than having her sit idle collecting mooring fees and if that meant offering her at cost until December it would make good sense. And obviously it's in the partners interest to start production if the field is ready.

End of October, start of November sounds good to me but i would be rapped to see you get some september excitement coz collingwood wont be giving you any lol.
