He seriously doesn't need the aggro or the money or the rig. Sure it is a tad personal now but hey...we are all human.
A lot of people went into this company on the back of the fact WS was involved.
He is committing to serve the shareholders if given the chance with a new board. He never wanted at any stage not to but his hands kept being tied. I wonder why the company didn't announce previous breach notices?
Why was his lawyer asked to step in as proxy director 6 months ago?
I hear their is a fire sale at the yard tomorrow if anyone wants to buy cheap equipment. The time? When is the court case being heard again? Hope people don't buy what is not the companies to sell.
