Judging from the enthusiasm of Telstra posters, there might be a few more cents in TLS, I do not know about $3.60, it would be nice but Telstra is such a slow juggernaut.
Of course if the investors buy TLS just for dividends, higher it gets, less attractive it becomes, in terms of yield.
But if there is plenty of good news in the half yearly results, potential growth in SP would more than compensate for that.
IMO the scales are still tipped on the positive side and likely to remain there for some time,
