re: skg has no assetts ##you should always read...but to cite your reverse takeover link.
"The private company may reverse in to cash shell, that is a company that is publicly listed but no longer actively trades, having sold off the majority of its assets."##
I did read it you boof head, it lists 3 examples of what a reverse takeover can be.
(1) In business, situation where a smaller company takes over a larger one. This may be a company’s strategy to avoid a hostile takeover by selling itself to a white knight.
(2) The term is ((((also))) used to describe the situation where a private company buys a publicly listed company. This is often the most cost-effective method of obtaining a public listing because it avoids the expense associated with a flotation.
(3) The private company may reverse in to cash shell, that is a company that is publicly listed but no longer actively trades, having sold off the majority of its assets.
Example (2) is what I think will happen.

##So are you now suggesting SKG has NO assetts as they have sold them all off?
Or it no longer actively trades?
So Brad.....which is stupid?##
I think this question answers its self !
SKG have many assests, the own eon3-showshifter-W Home-Skynetglobal.
They have over 120 highrise buildings wired in Australia, they have the entire Mcdonalds chain wired in Singapore, they have moved operations into Malaysia and the UK.
They have plenty of cash in the bank, and they have 3 major shareholders.
##Brad.....you should learn to read a little bit more.
Reverse takeover.....LOL##
I do know how to read Bazzaroid, I have explained that example (2) is what I'm reffering to, it's not my fault if you are having trouble understanding basic information.
