Fellow AFR followers,
The Quarterly Activities and Cash Flow statement indicate that AFR has ~$10m in the coffers and they are spending ~$4m per quarter. I have doubt that this resource is large however, worried that a significant capital raising is needed in the next 6 mths to sustain activities. What does everyone think of this conclusion, and if you agree what type of cap raise will AFR opt for?
It does give me confidence that Macq provided a $5m facility as they are smart cookies and not willing to throw money around for no reason, especially in this market. Do we think they may increase the facility or will a placement/rights issue be the preffered route?
All just my opinion, would appreciate if anyone could shed some light!
