So what you are saying wipeoff is that because RIO is spending billions more expanding there existing WA mines because of the DEMAND for IO there that is a sign that RIO wouldn't be interested in expanding into FMS teniment.

Now I know I am a bit of a simpleton but that doesn't make 1 bit of sense to me, RIO is expanding because of the demand on IO so RIO wouldn't want to expand and buy FMS!!!!!!!!!!

Now if RIO was reducing its exploration or even selling off parcels of there teniment then I would think what your saying about a counter offer coming is possible but to me this just re affirms the desire and demand for IO giving the possibility of a counter offer even more cred.

I did however notice in 1 of your post mid last month were you mentioned that if a counter offer wasn't on the table by the end of JAN that you would consider selling your FMS shares, I am guessing that that is what may have occured.
