Yes I see that the article goes back to August last year but it certainly hints at problems at grassroots level ......not really about any issues with Government policies.
It would be great to get hold of Victor Barua and hear what he has to say about what is happening there at the moment. After all he is the company rep on the ground in Bolivia.
Might see if I can track down a contact number for him.
My concern now really is that if the company has pulled up stakes and is not actioning anything in Bolivia then there may not be any Amayapampa lease to hold onto and therefore no chance of any joint venture which is probably just a pie in the sky statement anyway.
If RAU has walked away from Amayapampa then the Mining Minister may well decided that they no longer are fulfilling their responsibility.
RAU could be capitulating through neglect of their obligations
