Hey Johno247
Oppies seem like a good way to get further leverage without having to put too much further money in.
I've gone into them with a view of using them to take out my initial investment and let the rest of my money ride at no cost. I'll try and be a little more disciplined this time around, compared to my NXS and MLS disasters. I am at least much more confident with the starting line up here.
I prefer the AKKOA's. 5.5c and out to mid 2013. The team at AKK will be good, but we need to be realistic and give them at least 12+ months to get some traction on their portfolio of assets.
The way I see it:
100,000 AKK 3.5c = $3,500
500,000 AKKOA 0.7c = $3,500
Say the guys do a magnificent job and get the price up to 10 cents by mid 2013:
100,000 AKK 10c = $10,000
500,000 AKKOA say 6c = $30,000
But then there is greater risk in holding the options in that if the share price is 5 cents in mid 2013 then:
100,000 AKK 5c = $5,000
500,000 AKKOA = tax loss!
But I've got to say, I haven't been this excited about a micro cap since I started looking at small miners a long, long time ago.
