the housing market is in a soft slide, not dramatically falling off the proverbial cliff,however with the continued immigration influx i beleive the prices of houses cannot fall more than another 10%.at the max. A recent review by a independent committee recommended that student visas should be relaxed which i beleive will be beneficial come 2013/14 onwards.
