Hi guys, land valuations will play the biggest role in a how the company is priced in the medium term...
Flow rates from the the first few wells combined with estimated reserves will provide the final numbers needed for a valuation to be completed...
Once proven, then we can start to throw around some $ per acre estimates which I am sure the fa's are itching to type into their calculators...
Since holding ggp I have seen acre estimates from $2500 per acre to $35000 per acre...
Will be interesting to see where we sit in a months time...
