I think the legal settlement is good news and I would expect the sp to appreciate to around 50c during the next week.

However if the announcement had been a really significant one (as some posters expected) then the sp would have gone through the roof. The point is that it is impossible to keep red hot news confidential and the fact that the share price remained static during the last few days gave us a good clue as to what to expect.
